Method
1.
Chop onion lengthwise, grate ginger and slit green chillies.
2. Pressure cook potatoes
in the cooker.
3. Peel and mash the
potatoes.
4. Heat oil in a pan and do
the seasonings.
5. Add chopped onion,
ginger, curry leaves and green chillies.
6. Sauté for 3-4 minutes
and sprinkle some water and cover it with a lid and cook it on a moderate
flame.
7. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
8. Add salt, turmeric
powder and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
9. Add the mashed potatoes
and mix again and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
10. Put off the stove,
squeeze lemon juice and add coriander leaves and mix.
