Pav bhaji
Pav Bhaji is one of the most popular fast foods. Pav is a
loaf of bread and bhaji is a combination of lots of veggies and some spices. Places
like Mumbai offer a wide variety of bhaji. Here in my recipe I have replaced
cauliflower with broccoli. Try this out….!!!!

Method
1.
Cube carrots, capsicum, potatoes. Cut broccoli, beans to big
pieces and pressure cook them until soft.
2.
Chop an onion and a tomato finely. Puree the other tomato
3.
Mash all the vegetables nicely.
4.
Heat oil in a broad pan, set it on a medium to high flame.
5.
Add onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the peas.
Note: At this
point you can add ginger garlic paste.( I have not added)

Add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 3-4 minutes, add the
puree and cook in medium heat for 4-5 minutes till the raw smell is gone.
7.
Add all the dry spice powders one by one.
8.
After 2-3 minutes, add the mashed vegetables and give a good
mix.
9.
Adjust the consistency of the bhaji by adding water.
10.
Adjust the taste accordingly.
11.
Add a teaspoon of butter and cook on medium to low flame for
10 minutes.
12. Bhaji ready to be served
with Pav, Chopped Onion and Lemon slice.
