Mavinakayi Menskai / Raw Mango in Coconut and Sesame Gravy
Menskai is sweet and
tangy gravy of Coconut and Sesame seeds. Menskai is again a specialty of South
Canara /Udupi. Menskai can also be prepared with Pineapple, Capsicum, Bitter
Gourd, Amtekayi or combination of any of those. Menskai goes well with Hot
rice or Chapatis, especially when your taste buds need a kick!! My younger
daughter’s one of the favorite dishes.
