Fruit Custard

Tasty, Healthy and Yummy fruits with vanilla flavored custard and lots of nuts in it, serves right for a simple desert!!!!

Ingredients
 
 
Milk
Custard Powder
Sugar
Diced fruits (Banana, Apple, Grapes, Pear etc.)
Nuts (Almond, Walnut, Raisins )
2.5 cups
1.5 tbsp.
2 tbsp.
2 cups
 
2 tbsp.
Method
 
1.    Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
 
2.   In a small bowl take the custard powder and a little water and make a fine paste.
3.   Now add sugar to the milk and stir.
 
4.   Add custard paste and stir well.
 
5.   Allow it to boil, stir continuously and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6.   Chill it.
7.   Arrange the fruits in the serving bowl and pour the chilled custard and garnish it with chopped nuts and dry raisins.
