Elbow Pasta / Macaroni in Italian Sauce
Macaroni is a variety
of dry pasta made with durum wheat and usually into Elbow shape. While typical
Italian Pasta use variety of light spices and herbs, I have Indianised my
version slightly with a little chilli Powder and some more vegetables
(optionally Olives, Broccoli etc.)
