Onion
Moong Dal
Green chilli
Ginger

Method
1. Clean and wash Dil
leaves and drain the water out.
2.
Chop the Dil leaves and onion finely.
3.
Slit green chilli and grate ginger and set aside.
4.
Now in a pan, heat oil and season with mustard, urad dal and
chana dal.
5.
Add moong dal and sauté it for 3-4 minutes.
6.
Now add chopped leaves, onion, green chilli and grated
ginger.
7.
Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle a little water and cover the lid and cook for 8-9
minutes in low flame.
9.
Add salt to taste and mix it well and cook for a couple of
minutes and switch off the stove.
10. Squeeze lemon juice and
mix well.
11. Serve with steamed rice
or chapatti.
